Add one lane in each direction to Ygnacio Valley Road between Cowell Road and Michigan Boulevard, resulting in 3 through lanes in east direction. Soundwalls constructed to protect adjacent residential neighborhoods. Install landscaped median. Repair two small landslides that could affect the roadway. Replace landscape and trees removed in accordance with City's Heritage Tree Ordinance.
