Document Description
The I AM School, a private non-profit corporation, is proposing to expans their facilities located at 118 Siskiyou Avenue in the City of Mount Shasta. The School has previousl obtained a CUP for the existing facility, but the immediate project requires a Conditional Use Permit. The new facilities will consists of three new classroom and shop buildings for a total of 9,274 square feer, and two (2) new residential dormitories totaling 10,080 square feet. At full build-out, the new school facilities will serve 75 students in grades Prescholl through 12. The project will include constructing parking facilities, sidewalk, fire access lane, and an addition to the existing campus facility that consists of adding a second story to the north half of the building.
