Theproposal is for a mini storage facility. The facility would include three single-story metal buildings with a total area of 19,100 square feet, approximately 12,000 square feet of graveled outside storage space, and new circulation, landscaping and fencing. The storage units would be comprised of 28 units (10' X 25"), 34 units (10" X 15"), and 6 units (30" X 25"). The buildings would range from 13 to 16 feet in height and be of metal construction.
