The applicant requests approval of an amendment to the Specific Plan by eliminating the Oak Road pedestrian bridge from the plan and reducing building setbacks for subareas 11 and 12; approval of a Preliminary Development Plan to construct a 290,000-456,6000 sf. of office, 274-446 multiple-family residential units (including 50 for-sale units), 42,000 sf. of storefront, 7,000 sf. of Civic, and the expansion of the existing 1,337 space parking garage with an additional 1,477 spaces.
