Document Description
Development of a Home Depot improvement store consisting of app. 115,130 sq. ft. of interior floor area and approximately 24,667 sq. ft. of outdoor garden area. The project would also include 669 parking spaces and a double-faced pylon sign, up to 95-feet in height, with a signage area of app. 580 sq. ft. per face, wall signs, etc. The remediation of existing contamination is also proposed as part of the Project.
