Document Description
Within the approximately 23.88-acre project site, the proposal provides for demolition of existing golf course uses, necessary site preparation and grading, and construction of up to 60 single-family residences, 168 multi-family dwelling units, and 63,680 square feet of commercial/retail uses. Project components and design concepts are further described in the enclosed Initial Study.
