The proposed project includes General Plan, Specific Plan and Zoning map amendments include: Amending the General Plan Land Use Map to redesignate the project site from DSP to TCSP; Amending the DSP Map to redesignate the Project site from the Transitional District to the TC District; Amending the TCSP Map to incorporate the Project site within the TCSP area; Amending the text of the TCSP to incorporate the Project site within the TCSP area and to provide minor corrections to the TCSP text to make it consistent with the current Zoning Code; and Amending the Zoning Map to redesignate the Project site from DSP - Transitional District the DSP-TCSP.
