Document Description
The project is a minor residential subdivision of a 6.85-acre parcel into 4 lots and one remainder parcel where an existing house currently exists. The lots range in size from 1.20 acres to 1.38 acres. The remainder parcel is 1.65 acres. The project proposes to create a private road named Schlee Canyon Court that would extend -/+100 feet northeast of Schlee Canyon Road and would provide access to lots 1-3. Lot 4 and the remainder parcel would be accessed from Schlee Canyon Road. The lots will receive water from the Otay Water District and will have on-site sewage disposal systems.
