Project Area land uses will conform with the City of Grover Beach General Plan and Zoning Ordinance as amended from time to time, as well as all other applicable state and local building codes and guidelines as appropriate. A range of land use development is permitted y the General Plan designations which will be complied with as the Plan is implimented.
Document Description
The Proposed Redevelopment Plan (Plan) is to provide the basis for a variety of redevelopment activities to eliminate blight conditions found to exist in the Project Area. However, no specific redevelopment activities are being considered with the Plan's adoption. Long-term implementation of the Plan may include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: funding and construction of affordable housing; construction, reconstruction, and improvement of structures, public walks, and buildings; infrastructure improvements, such as drainage, circulation improvements, water distribution system and wastewater collection system improvements; and redevelopment assistance programs to private property owners and developers such as low-interest loans.
