Document Description
The proposed Robinson Park Master Plan development project encompasses a seven (7) acre park site plus a two and one-half (2 1/2) acre parcel located directly south of the park (currently occupied by a vacant industrial building owned by the City of Pasadena for a total area of nine and one-half (9 1/2) acres. The proposed project will include the demolition of the industrial building on the southern (2 1/2) acre parcel, as well as demolition of the existing recreation center (a former mortuary), and the construction of new facilities. The total square footage of the park facilities will increase from 18,910 sq.ft. to 38,275 sq.ft.
