Document Description
The project proposes a modification to a previously approved Minor Use Permit (ZAP 99-031) and involves adding a second facility to the southern portion of the 10-acre site. The new facility will consist of six new shelters comprising approximately 2520 square feet, a 255 square foot generator shelter as well as relocating the existing generator hut (255 square feet) from the northern facility to the proposed southern facility. The proposal also includes the following modifications to the northern site; landscaping surrounding the facility; construction of 8' - 6" sound wall over a portion of the northern site boundary; removal of a chain link fence; and removal of an existing concrete pad. Two onsite 1,000-gallon water tanks will provide the water supply for irrigation. Access the site is from an existing private road.
