Document Description
The project proposal includes the development of 590 apartments, 84 townhouses and 478 single-family dwellings. A 29-acre park is also proposed along the Santa Clara River. Approximately 300-acres of river area located within the project boundary will remain in a natural state with the exception of the future construction of Newhall Ranch Road and bank stabilization work. Development of the site will require 5.5 million cubic yards of grading which will be balanced onsite. The grading is required for the construction of the project as well as the future Newhall Ranch Road and Golden Valley Road Bridge project.
