The LAMC Facilities Master Plan would further develop the existing 22.5 LAMC campus located at 13356 Eldridge Avenue and two vacant parcels at the end of Harding Street, St. Ephraim's Church (Syrian Orthodox Church) owns the approximately 3-acre northern parcel at Harding Street. Comstock Homes owns the southern parcel of approximately 7 acres at Harding Street.
