Document Description
Update to the City's General Plan. There were two major changes to this Draft EIR: 1.) The General Plan Policies that are referenced in the Draft EIR have been modified. These modifications reflect the changes made to these policies by the City's Planning Commission during the public hearing process. The Planning Commission has recommended tht the City Council of the City approve these policies. 2.) The Draft EIR now indicates that the theoretical build-out of the City may result in a significant air quality impact.
