The proposed project consists of drilling, installing, developing, testing and sampling a new groundwater monitoring well (Well No. M1) and conducting an initial six-month program of groundwater level and quality monitoring. The project site is located within Crescenta Valley County Park, which is owned by the County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation and is within the City of Glendale.
