Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal of two buildings totaling 13,631 square feet, a Quonset hut and a 228 space surface parking lot, and the construction of four buildings totaling 115,300 square feet. The proposed buildings include a 5,000 square foot pre-school, 14,100 square foot (12 classroom) elementary school, an 18,100 square foot (16 classroom) middle school, a 34,600 square foot (15 classroom) high school, a 2,396 square foot dace/yoga studio, an 11,700 square foot library, a 9,650 square foot gymansium, a 12,300 square foot (350 seat) performing arts theater, a 13,300 square foot children's center with art studio, workshop, museum and gallery, and 7,500 square feet of administrative office space. On-site parking will be proided ina 224 car subterranean garage. The project also includes outdoor play areas for the pre-school and elementary school, courtyards for the middle and high schools and a basketball court.
