Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Notification of
Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. SBR-24024-R6 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Richland Communities.
The project is limited to the construction of a residential community on approximately 150.8 acres. It consists of 358 single-family residential dwellings, developing roads, infrastructure, and utility connections, and associated recreational trails. mprovements to Etiwanda Avenue and East Avenue are proposed and each roadway improvement will be a secondary Arterial Street (four-lane road). Wilson Avenue will also be improved to a Special Divided Secondary Arterial Street (four-lane road with median).
