The Lynwood Unified School District proposes to expand Agnes Elementary School by 2.17 acres while decreasing its enrollment from 766 to 720 students. No overall increase in District enrollment is projected as a result of the proposed project. To provide a site of sufficient size to accommodate school expansion, the District proposes to acquire 35 residential dwelling units that are located immediately north and west of the existing school site.
