Document Description
The proposed project involves:
a. Adding approximately 340 acres of Low Density Residential Reserve both north and south of the Urban Limit Line to Caruthers Avenue and the existing line of Low Density Reserve north of Kamm Avenue, from Madsen Avenue west to a line 990 feet west of Academy Avenue
b. Changing to Low Density Residential approximately 75 acres of Low Density Residential Reserve north of Kamm Avenue, between Madsen Avenue and a line 660 feet west of Academy Avenue.
c. Changing 20 acres of Light Industrial east of the Union Pacific Railroad and south of Kamm Avenue to Medium Density Residential - 5.5.
