Document Description
SPA No. 4 (the project) proposes a revised land use concept for the approximately 71.86 acre Phase III portion of the Moreno valley Auto Mall (MVAM), or that area of the MVAM lying generally west of Moreno Beach Drive. As proposed, SPA No. 4 will provide for establishment of new and additional retail/commercial, restaurant and residential uses in this area of the MVAM. Collectively, SPA No. 4, and all other resulting retail/commercial and residential development togeher with supporting improvements, inclusive of necessary discretionary actions and permits, is defined as the project.
