CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2004-0013-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Palm Canyon, LLC. The proposed project consists of the alteration of the streambed to grade and develop approximately 50.49 acres into a residential development of 89 single- family lots and associated infrastructure. The project will impact 1.74 acres of the 12 acres of jurisdictional waters within the project boundaries. The mitigation to impact ratio is 5.9:1.
