To amend the General Plan from Agriculture and Hilmar Specific Urban Development Plan (SUDP) Residential Reserve to Hilmar SUDP Low Density Residential along with a concurrent zone change from A-1 (General Agricultural) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) along with Major Subdivision "Villa Cardoba" Phase 1 to create 41 lots of approximately 6,600 square feet on approximately 10 acres located northwest of the intersection of American Avenue and Camden Drive in the Hillmar area.
