Document Description
Request for a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a four-story self-storage facility (69,632 square feet) and a 35-space parking lot (18,270 square feet). Other new activities include the relocation of an existing test cell, removal of a concrete storage building and mobile structures/containers on site, and asphalt re-striping adjacent to the proposed storage facility. A height modification is requested to allow a 10'8" increase over the existing building height standard of 35' per the Santa Monica Mountains North Area Plan. Operating hours will be Mon. Fri 9:30-6:00 pm; Sat 8:30-5:00 p.m.; Sun. 8:30-2:00 pm. There are expected to be two employees working each daily shift.
