The proposed Magnolia Trunk Line would involve the construction of approximately 14,300 linear feet (about 2.7 miles) of 54-inch diameter water pipeline and appurtenant structures/facilities. A majority of the construction would take place along Magnolia Boulevard from Noble Avenue to Coldwater Canyon Avenue with a regulator station proposed for construction in Willis Avenue south of Magnolia Boulevard.
