Document Description
Tentative Map/Coastal Development/Site Development Permit La Jolla Shores Permit (TM/CDP/LJS No. 98-0536) and Site Development Permit (PTS No. 3200) for the relocation of a historically designated structure, lot split and construction of two, new, single-family residences (SFR) located at 7447 Hillside Drive. Parcel 1 (7447 Hillside Drive) consists of a new, one-story, 6,1115 square-foot residence with basement and at-grade garage; Parcel 2 (7447 1/2 Hillside Drive) consists of a new, one-story, 5,468 square-foot residence with basement and at-grade garage (Portion of Lot B, La Jolla Hills #2, Map 2087). Each new residence would be constructed on a caisson foundation system, and includes stucco walls, wood casement windows, and terra cotta tile roof. The proposed site for the relocation of the historic building is at 6736 Mission Gorge Road, within the RS-1 zone within the Navajo Community Planning Area.
