Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a 150 unit senior citizens' affordable housing apartment complex consisting of two three-story residential buildings, six two-story residential buildings, a clubhouse, swimming pool, and 134 parking spaces. Proposed are a total of sixteen one-bedroom units and one-hundred thirty-four two-bedroom units totaling 122,735 square feet of building space. There are two masonry walls proposed: a six-foot wall on the west side of the property, and an eight foot wall on the east side of the property.
