The applicant proposes the following 14 activities: #1 - abandonment of Class II road crossing, #2 - abandonment of Class I Humboldt style road crossing, #3 - abandonment of Class I road crossing, #4- abandonment of Class II tractor road crossing, #5- abandonment of Class II road crossing, #6 and 7, Class II watercourse diversion (6) and abandonment of a Class III road crossing and re-diversion of the watercourse (7), #8 - abandonment of Class I road crossing, #9 - abandonment of Class I road crossing, #10 - abandonment of Class II road crossing and diversion of watercourse, #11 - abandonment of Class II road crossing, #12 - abandonment of Class II road crossing, #13 - Abandonment of Class III road crossing, and #14- re-establish Class II channel and banks. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2002-0216, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game code to the project applicant, Mr. Michael S. Williams, Campbell Timberland Management, LLC.
