Document Description
Construct new modular conference building and separate pre-fabricated camp host storage building at District Office Headquarters in Millerton lake State Recreation Area. Install underground utilities and ADA-compliant deck to conference building, along with concrete walkway to existing sidewalk. Alter existing lawn and irrigation system to accommodate new structures, including the reoval of one non-native tree. Restore ground-disturbed areas to original contours and revegetate after completion of construction including planting three trees in general vicinity of removed tree. Project supports administrative and visitor services.
