Document Description
Project consists of installation of a drip irrigation system and minor landscaping in the front and rear yard of La Casa de Pedrorena-Altamirano, an historic structure in Old Town San Diego SHP. Excavation for irrigation is not expected, and if needed, will be minimal, as system will be placed in 4 to 6 inches imported clean fill or into raised planter boxes at least 6 feet for any adobe. Irrigation clock will be placed under wooden box for aesthetics. Additional rock will be added to French drainage system; excavation will be no deeper than 4". Project has been redesigned to eliminate landscape lighting. An archeologust will monitor the project at all times.
