Document Description
The University of California, Santa Barbara (University) is proposing to perform seismic corrections and renovations to the De La Guerra Dining Commons. The project would improve the seismic performance of De La Guerra Commons from "poor" to "good" with the installation of seismic strengthening elements, new fire protection system, replacing plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, modification of kitchen and serving equipment to improve efficiency, replacing exterior window units, modifications related to American Disability Act codes, and repair or replacement of architectural finishes to accommodate new structural elements and associated demolition.
