Document Description
The proposal is to build a toe using natural rock rip-rap. The rock will define the historic toe of the bank. The rip-rap sizes will range from 1-3 feet in diameter. The toe area would measure approximately three feet deep and about five feet wide. The height of the toe would be 3-5 feet high. An excavator will be used to toe in the rock. SAA #R3-2002-0370.
