Metropolitan proposes the repair of the existing effluent replenishment tank's corroded-damaged roof beams and plates. In addition, the proposed project entails the creation of several test pits for a proposed bypass line and the construction of said bypass line, which will allow the Skinner Filtration Plant to remain fully operational while the effluent replenishment tank is being repaired.
