Document Description
Remove approximately 80 non-native, invasive eucalyptus trees from Tannery Gulch at New Brighton State Beach to enhance the native riparian plant community and associated wildlife species. Stumps will recieve initial application of glyphsate herbicide (trade name "Round-up"), followed up with two reapplication treatments within 12 months from initial cut date. Downed trees and associated debris will be removed from work areas. Project protects and supports natural resources.
