Document Description
Caltrans proposes to enlarge the existing drainage inlets, add a gutter drainage system with downspouts and rock dissipaters on the eastbound lanes of Pioneer Bridge on U.S. Highway 50. The eastbound lanes experience a high percentage of wet pavement accidents during rainy conditions. The current drain inlets clog easily with debris, and the proposed work should rid the highway of the excess water on the bridge.
