Document Description
The project is the adoption of new regulations (DTSC reference number R-01-06) that establish "new" management standards for the handling of electronic hazardous wastes, namely cathode ray tubes (CRTs) and consumer electronic devices (CEDs). The project designates these wastes as eligible to be managed as universal wastes and sets the management standards for these wastes in title 22, California Code of Regulations, division 4.5, chapter 23.
