Document Description
The Vintner's Square Shopping Center is a retail development of approximately 216,959 sq. ft. of floor space on a site of approximately 22.39 acres which was approved by the City of Lodi on may 14, 2003 after certification of an EIR regarding the project. The project includes a Use Permit to construct commercial structures within the Commercial Shopping (C-S) zoning district, a Use Permit to allow parking for commercial establishments in the Low Density Residential (R-2) zoning district and a Tentative Parcel Map creating 8 parcels from two existing parcels. The project also includes improvements to Kettleman Lane and West Sacramento Road. The shopping center uses will be developed on property that is currently designated as Neighborhood Community Commercial (NCC) on the City of Lodi General Plan and has a zoning designation of Commercial Shopping (C-S).
