The California Department of Fisha nd game is executing Lake or Streambed Akteration Agreement Number R2-2001-36 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code tot the project applicant, Glenshire/Devonshire Homeowners Association, represented by Geoff Stephens. Project is the construction of trail around an unnammed lake approximately 13 acres and surrounding unnmaed tributaries that flow into the lake.
