The hours of operation will be 9:00 am to 6:30 pm and the auctions will start at about one per month and expand to about 4 to 8 per month, expecting to occur over two 2 day auctions, with no auctions on Sunday. Other uses proposed are truck and trailer and equipment storage and sales; a trucking company; mobile home storage; sales and hauling; and rental storage areas for boats, trailers and agricultural equipment, etc.
