A General Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment to reclassify the current General Plan Land Use Designations and Zoning Districts for the project site from RM Mixed Residential Scaled Commercial, to PD Planned Development and a Development Agreement for the following: a Subdivision, Master Development Plan, Use Permit, and Design Review (to be considered at a later date) for a 62-unit inn on 4.9 acres; a 1.25 acre parcel conveyed to the Town for the future development by the Town of 25 to 30 affordable rental dwelling units; a 10,000 square foot single-family residential parcel; a 6,300 square-foot parcel to be improved as public park/open space; creekside setback and enhanced open space area setback adjacent to the east and south boundaries with trail improvement; and enhanced open space area setback adjacent to the west boundary.
