The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 2004-0279-2 pursuant to the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Westpark Associates. Placement of four outfall structures, installation of two sewers through Coyote Creek, Filling a portion of two drainages, and installation of retaining walls along the banks of Coyote Creek. An EIR was prepared for West Roseville Specific Plan of which the above activities are a part.
