Document Description
Proposed project will allow for the future development of the approx. 18 acres of land remaining in the Village Center within the West Roseville Specific Plan. The Village Center project included requests for a Tentative Parcel Map, Rezone, General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Development Agreement and two Tentative Subdivisions Maps to allow for a reconfiguration of parcels and changes in land use and zoning related to Parcels W-32, W-33, W-54 and new Parcels W-28 and W-29. This includes future development of medium density residential uses (Parcels W-28 and W-29), a Community Care Facility on Parcel W-32, a community commercial development on Parcel W-33 and a city park development on Parcel W-54.
