Document Description
The applicant proposes to amend the West Roseville Specific Plan (WRSP) to accommodate 1, 905 additional residential units in Fiddyment Ranch Phases 1, 2 and 3. More specifically, the revised land use plan would decrease the acreage allocated to Low Density Residential and Low Density Residential (Pocket Parks) land uses by 99.37 acres and would increase the acreages allocated to Medium and High Density land uses by 55.8 and 18.88 acres respectively. Community Commercial land uses would increase by 7.27 acres, parks would increase by 3.02 acres, open space by 0.12 acres, public/quasi-public by 1.9 acres, and land dedicated as right of way by 12.38 acres.
