Document Description
The Carpenter Creek project pertains to the excavation and restoration of Carpenter Creek at the feeder flume just southeast of the Sand Flat Campground. During flooding of January 1997, the original course of Carpenter Creek was changed. The project will require minimal excavation of the creek bed during low flows to re-establish water flows to the feeder flume. This project proposes to remove large deposited rocks and place them into the current streambed to re-establish flows to the original channel.
