The proposed project involves installation of an eight mile-long, 12" diameter, welded-steel natural gas pipeline from Brannan Island, east of Rio Vista, crossing the Sacramento River in Sacramento County to the Montezuma Hills area and east of Rio Vista in Solano County. The proposed pipeline will be directionally drilled under the Sacramento River.
