On August 8, 2001 P. Kay Metal's manufacturing building and equipment was damaged in a fire. The project consists of replacing the fire damaged in a fire. The proposed project is consistent with the City of Vernon Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and the City of Vernon General Plan.
