The project would consist of abandoning portions of pipeline in place that are outdated within the La Costa Resort and Spa and constructing a new sewer pipeline from the north side of Alga Road, through the La Costa Resort and Spa to the La Costa Pump station. The new pipeline will tie into portions of the existing pipeline that are not proposed for abandonment.
