Document Description
The approximately 128-acre project site consists of development of approximately 6.4 million square feet of mixed-use building area to consist of a mix of residences, retail/commercial uses, hotels and restaurants, recreational areas, and a civic center. The development plan is broken down into 12 phases. The project site is generally characterized as the Bayfront between F Street (Lagoon Drive) and D Street. The site is bound by Bay Boulevard to the east, Lagoon Drive to the south, San Diego Bay to the west and the Sweetwater Marsh National Wildlife Refuge to the west and north.
