EOG Resources, Inc. (EOGR) proposes to expand its exploratory and development drilling of the North Shafter Prospect, Kern County, California to include Section 21 of Township 27S., Range 25 E., M.D.B.& M. by construction up to eight (8) additional drilling locations not to exceed 3 acres in size each in said Section. Each location will be designed to accommodate up to three wells to minimize the amount of agricultural land conversion and interference with ongoing agricultural operations.
