The proposed project is an Area Plan for the Development of 114.2 acres with proposed uses of Low Density Residential (51.5 acres, 217 units), Medium Density Residential (49.3 acres, 477 units), Park (4.0 acres), Professional Office (4.3 acres), and Commercial (5.0 acres). The Area Plan is consistent with the City's General Plan land use designations. The proposed project inlcudes annexation of the project site to the City of Los Banos and prezoning to Planned Development. Two tentative maps, covering 63.5 acres are included in the proposed project.
