Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2004-0028-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Paul Johnson of the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association, 31512 Railroad Canyon Road, City of Canyon Lake, CA 92587, Phone (909) 244-641. The applicant is proposing to dredge 220,000 cubic yards of sediments from the east bay of Canyon Lake. To remove, dewater, and dispose of 220,000 cubic yards of sediments from the east bay of Canyon Lake. The project will temporarily impact 58 surface acres of Canyon Lake, and remove approximately 4 feet of sediment from the lake bottom.
